In May 2003, Volac and Dutch dairy co-operative DOC Kaas formed an innovative joint venture company under the name DV Nutrition.

                    DV Nutrition is located in Hoogeveen, The Netherlands, and focuses on processing liquid whey into 
                    high quality whey protein and lactose based products using the latest innovative technology in one environmentally 
                    friendly production site.

Volac Ingredients SDN BHD

Volac Ingredients SDN BHD (VISB) was established in 2003 as a joint venture between Volac and Malaysia’s PGEO Group.

                    The company's production site is at the southern tip of the Malaysian peninsular and manufactures Megalac, 
                    the world’s leading rumen protected fat ingredient, and Megafat, the C16 protected fat.

                    The site’s proximity to the PGEO Group-run palm oil refineries at Pasir Gudang enables VISB to benefit from a secure 
                    and constant supply of quality assured palm fatty acid.

                    Volac has recently worked in partnership with VISB and Wilmar International Ltd to establish a manufacturing plant 
                    in Tianjin, China.

Church & Dwight Co .Inc

 Volac works in partnership with Church & Dwight who manufacture Megalac products for supply to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central and South America under a manufacturing license agreement.
